I don't know how this things called. It is located on an old
canal that is not in use anymore. Every
lock on this
canal has these kind of
stairs. I don't know if it's of some use to the fishes. On every of these lock's stairs the water is flowing very fast, making it impossible to take a picture of them in front like I did here. Fortunately for me, there was just one were the water wasn't running, so I could position myself just in front of it and take this shot. I had already taken a
picture of this one in the past, but as I was going for a walk and just passed in next to it, I decided to give another try.
